WorldChef 2016 Thessaloniki - Greece by Cantinarte

More than 600 Chefs from all over the world met in Thessaloniki - Greece last September 2016, it has been an amazing special occasion to update with the most modern cooking tecniques and creativity.

It has also been a pleasure have an insight of the high-end cooking environment such as kitchen equipment, tools and raw materials.

Cantinarte was participating to the event and made available for tasting his treasure RossoPuro Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC 2010. Very positive impressions.

The high level of competition was showed during the event especally from the northen european countries such as Sweden, and also East Asia: Singapore.

It has been also nice discover as our RossoPuro was perfectly pared to Chinese dish by Chef Qinlin Yin from Beijing.

A great discover was the personal meeting with the Butcher Dario Cecchini and his wife Kim. Dario is considered one of the best butcher in the world. He insipred our personal thinking to persute a quality vision for our wines.

Very nice was also lunching at restaurant Clochard, near seaside Thessaloniki, the owner is a nice and very openminded person, more than 30 years in the sector.
